Hey, I'm Matt

I provide an expert personal training service for men wanting to lose fat, build muscle and improve performance by cutting through the noise and providing you with the coaching, education, tools, and support you need to achieve the body and results you truly want.

I've been a personal trainer since 2012, coaching real people to get real results. For the past eight years, I've been working in the Sydney CBD and have now brought my skills and expertise to RILEYS Gym Cronulla.

I've dedicated countless hours in the gym and to my studies, ensuring my clients receive the best possible service and achieve optimal results. I'm here to give you all the help and support you need to reach your goals faster than you could on your own.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. YOU SECURE YOUR SPOT

I'll be in touch within 24 hours to book in your initial consultation.

2. ONBOARDING
I'll send an invite the coaching app I use for you to start the onboarding process.
Once you are in the app the onboarding starts. There will be a sequence of messages coming through explaining the information you need to know in bite sized chunks.There will be a generalised program there if you are ready to get started. We will make it more specific as we go.

3. DISCOVERY SESSION

We will go through a thorough consultation so I can fully understand the goals you want to achieve, the things that are standing in the way and get an idea of what approach is going to be best for you. We will also do a short movement screen to see what exercises will be the best fit for you to start with

4. STRATEGY SESSION

If you decide to get started within in the first 2 weeks we will spend one of your sessions covering the basis of what good nutrition looks like and what habits and behaviours we will focus on to progress you towards your goals. My approach is to meet you where you are at so we can together create the best plan for you.

5. ONGOING COACHING

I'll be with you every step of the way helping you get the most out of your training and nutrition to ensure you get the results you want.

HOW DO I KNOW IT'S FOR ME?
Simply if you are a guy motivated to get in better shape, this is for you.

If you are new to this it's a great start, I can give you everything you need to know to fast track your progress and ensure you don't waste time.

But it is best suited to guys with at least a year or two under their belt. So if you have been at it for a while and aren't happy with where you are at I can help optimise what you are doing to save you more time, frustration and money.

I have coached everyone from beginners to personal trainers so no client is too advanced. If you are motivated to make change I can help you.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF RILEYS?
Yes, you do. But we also take fitness passport.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE TRAINING TAKE PER WEEK?
4-6 hours a week. This is not a quick fix, you will have to work. But the work you do is guaranteed to get you results.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE?
