- All sessions are done at RILEYS Gym in Cronulla, 94 Cronulla Street.
- Working hours are from 5:15am - 2pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Subject to availability.
- the 4 FREE sessions are valid for a 2 week period.
- limited to 10 people only for the next month
- Use of app only during the 2 week period unless moving forward with coaching.
- 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations within 24 hours result in the session being forfeited.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

We will organise your initial consultation and movement assessment. We will sit down and talk through your questionnaire and I'll ask follow up questions so I can fully understand what it is you want to achieve. The movement assessment allows me to see your current start point and how I can program appropriately for you.

SIGN UP

Click the link below to sign up and you will get an invitation email from Everfit to download the coaching app where you will fill out the questionnaire and tell me about want you want to achieve.

ONBOARDING

Once you are in the app the onboarding starts. There will be a sequence of messages coming through explaining the information you need to know in bite sized chunks.There will be a generalised program there if you are ready to get started. We will make it more specific as we go.

TIME TO WORK

We will get your program in place and get started with the training process.

NUTRITION AND HABITS SESSION

Within in the first 2 weeks we will spend one of your sessions covering the basis of what good nutrition looks like and what habits and behaviours we will focus on to progress you towards your goals. My approach is to meet you where you are at so we can together create the best plan for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All sessions are done at RILEYS Gym in Cronulla, 94 Cronulla Street.
- Working hours are from 5:15am - 2pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Subject to availability.
- 2 week notice period for cancelling on ongoing coaching.
- Sessions are billed fortnightly and must be paid in full prior to the fortnight unless paid up front.
- 10% discount on session packs and are based on 12 weeks coaching which must be used within a 12 week period.
- 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations within 24 hours result in the session being forfeited.
- Prices are based on the value week of coaching and outside session support not per session.
- Prices subject to increase based on availability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I KNOW IT'S FOR ME?

Simply if you are a guy motivated to get in better shape, this is for you.

If you are new to this it's a great start, I can give you everything you need to know to fast track your progress and ensure you don't waste time.

But it is best suited to guys with at least a year or two under their belt. So if you have been at it for a while and aren't happy with where you are at I can help optimise what you are doing to save you more time, frustration and money.

I have coached everyone from beginners to personal trainers so no client is too advanced. If you are motivated to make change I can help you.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE TRAINING TAKE PER WEEK?

4-6 hours a week. This is not a quick fix, you will have to work. But the work you do is guaranteed to get you results.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF RILEYS?

Yes, you do. But we also take fitness passport.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

Yes. If you commit to the program as best as you possibly can and are not happy with the results and service I will refund 100% of your money. You have nothing to lose.

COULDN'T I JUST GET THE SAME THING FROM AI FOR FREE?
